One of our go-to websites for recipes and cooking inspiration is Food52. They do a great job working with a huge community of chefs to find the best recipes. Then, they do a great job of taking beautiful photos of finished dishes. Then, they do a great job tying it all together with great writing.

Food52 Eggs and Pepper Sauce

Their method for making such good sauce is to use the very best ingredients -- and not cover them up with any added sugar, preservatives, or too much salt. The end result is a condiment with bright, true pepper flavor, full of natural vegetable sweetness and heat.
