Each year we make a special batch of Pepper Sauce using chilies grown in NYC on a rooftop farm, our NYC Rooftop Pepper Sauce (we spend our time crafting high quality Pepper Sauce, not clever names).
The NYC Rooftop is made from the same recipe as our Original Pepper Sauce, but the flavor and the color is dramatically different. This is the terroir of the chilies themselves. We love when people taste them side by side and now we're presenting that to you.
